If you want to return a shipment or cancel an order, please send your request via email to info@covako.com. You will receive a return number for the return. Returns will only be accepted with a return/acceptance number provided by us 30 days after purchase. We only accept products in undamaged packaging, unused, and undamaged. Return costs are at the expense of the sender.
